Bio

Hey there! My name is Lea Proudfoot (He/She/They). I grew up in southern Delaware, surrounded by farms, beaches, and wildlife. In May 2020, I graduated from the Maryland Institute and College of Art with a BA in Illustration. My main focus is in Children’s books and illustration.

My work focuses on the more playful side of life; full of color, humor, and nostalgia. A lot of inspiration derives from my friends and family, who all never truly grew up. When I'm not working on art projects, I'm playing video games and snuggling my dogs, Figaro and Gaia.
